Spiritual Philosophy

We cannot change other people. We were never meant to. But we can build lives so rooted in self-awareness and faith that the noise of the world loses its grip on us. That's the work. That's what I'm here to help you come home to.

Tarot didn't create my spiritual life. It cracked it open.

I've been a seeker for as long as I can remember. Along the way I've found pieces of truth in therapy, in yoga, in church, in the cards, in quiet moments I couldn't explain. My faith is alive and evolving. My beliefs are still growing. And I think that's exactly how it should be.

I've been through difficulty and I wouldn't trade any of it — because every hard season delivered me more fully into who I am today. A healer.

What I believe most deeply is simple: stay open. Stay curious.

I also believe deeply in personal responsibility. When we do the inner work. When we turn toward our higher power and tend to our own wholeness. We build something. A groundedness. A confidence. A kind of energetic protection that comes not from controlling the world around us but from trusting ourselves within it. That is what a strong aura really is — not something mystical and out of reach, but the natural result of a person who knows who they are.
